At Sportsliners, we want you to have a great experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and no-shows for events and venue bookings.

If you need to cancel your participation in a paid event:

If an event is cancelled by the organizer or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue unavailability):

• All participants will receive a full refund of their event fee
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Participants will be notified via in-app notification and email

For venue/turf bookings made through Sportsliners:

If you do not show up for a confirmed event or venue booking without cancelling beforehand, no refund will be issued. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

• All approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Refund processing takes 5–7 business days from the date of approval
• Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable
• For UPI/wallet payments, refunds are typically faster (1–3 business days)
